Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT
Eadie Adams, founder of the Eadie Adams Realty Company began her own Palm Springs firm in 1962, having moved to the desert the previous year to begin her professional career in real estate. The move was a natural one since she visited and vacationed in the desert since 1933, finding respite here from her rigorous career as a "Big Band" singer and entertainer. Eadie Adams and her real estate associates developed an outstanding reputation for quality and integrity. From a base of servicing the "stars of the entertainment world" in high-end residential real estate, the firm grew into a full-service company, one of the largest unaffiliated companies in the Coachella Valley with an active commercial and land division.
The company affiliated with Coldwell Banker in 1993 which increased the company's referral network and gave the firm additional outreach far beyond the southern California area.
Coldwell Banker Eadie Adams Realty was purchased by Coldwell Banker in 2004. Jack Geaslin who was president of the company continues to work as a commercial broker and represents commercial and land properties throughout the Coachella Valley.
